●Innovative production method with thermal energy and jet currency

Steamjet process hires high temperature and high pressured steam in stead of water or needle to make nonwoven fabric.
This method has been developed by Mitsubishi Rayon Engineering (currently Mitsubishi Chemical Engineering) Co., Ltd. and introduce by us to commercialize for the first time in the world. The process of nonwoven casting and affiliated process has been developed with Kuraray Co., Ltd. and our company.
The steam thermal energy and jet current simultaneously and instantaneously affect on the specific fiber material to create new structure material.
The produced fiber has no need to expose to water which reduces the drying time, the total energy for production will be reduced to 2/3 of conventional nonwoven process.
Thermal adhesion --> Board, Sponge   Shrink--> Elastic non-woven, cushioning
By selection of raw material and the change of process condition we can create more material which has never been produced by existing system.
